the presentation of all her deli products; from high quality dips and pâtés
to the fresh daily-made salads. Erin enjoys creating immaculate artwork
in the presentation of her gourmet deli platters, and ensures that her customers
are satisfied to the best of her ability. Marissa

Marissa started with the business in the days of “The Gap Family Markets”
as a casual check-out girl while at high school. Twelve dedicated years
on, and Marissa is now the team leader for groceries. Anyone who knows Marissa
will easily agree that she is defined by her love for family. Having such
a family-orientated personality means that Marissa enjoys working for a
family-owned business, where family is the ultimate priority. Marissa takes
pleasure in entertaining her immediate family, as well as lovingly caring
for her Fresh Az family! Vinny

Vinny’s greatest passion lies in Australia’s national summer sport: cricket.
Whether watching or ultimately playing, Vinny is an absolute fanatic. When
Vinny is not out on the pitch, he carries this passion into the butcher
at Fresh Az The Gap. As the team leader there, Vinny ensures the highest
quality meat is provided, which in turn enables the highest possible customer

Commonly known as the ‘Avocado Whisperer’ at our store in The Gap, Chris
has an incredibly extensive knowledge of all fresh fruit and vegetables,
and is always happy to answer any questions: from picking the perfect avocado,
to the seasons and availability of the most exotic fruits. On the side,
Chris is known as the company clown, and his contagious laugh will often
be heard before he is seen. Above all, Chris prioritises his family and
loves going home to his two young children for an afternoon of fun in the

understands her customer’s desires. Arna was schooled at the local high
school, and has lived in the local area for the majority of her life. Because
of this, Arna has come to know, and is able to engage with members of the

leader of groceries, Jenni enjoys having conversations with her customers,
and ensures that their satisfaction is maintained. When not in the store,
Jenni is likely to be camping in the picturesque Queensland National Parks,
or enjoying the serenity of the islands off the coast of Australia and New
Zealand. Jenni loves talking about her many holidaying adventures, and is
